At WAJD, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  •  gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@wajdcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and send them to the provided return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Important Notes:

  1. Clean Condition Required
    If the product is returned unclean, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of professional cleaning by our logistics partner.

  2. Damage or Missing Parts
    Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The product is used, damaged or misused

    • Any attachments or parts are missing

  3. Packaging Integrity
    All original packaging (including box, plastic wrapping, and storage case) must be intact.
    If packaging is missing or damaged, the return will be rejected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Info@wajd.ae within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and your order number for faster resolution.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
